DOMESTIC MERCHANDISE VENDORS
NMG considers you to be a domestic vendor if your merchandise is manufactured in the U.S., or if NMG purchases your foreign made merchandise on a "free on board" (FOB) U.S. basis (i.e. "delivered duty paid" or DDP).

INTERNATIONAL MERCHANDISE VENDORS
NMG considers you to be an international vendor if your merchandise is manufactured outside the U.S., and NMG purchases your foreign made merchandise on an "ex-works" (EXW) or FOB foreign country basis.
